Manhattan’s Luxury-Home Market Warmed Up Despite Frigid February

The second-most expensive deal of the week was for a condo in the Flatiron Building, asking $24.8 million. The 4,626-square-foot unit has four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, and its great room overlooks Madison Square Park. 

The condo conversion of the historic, triangular-shaped structure—which was built in 1902 as an office building—is expected to be completed later this year. Amenities will include a 24-hour doorman, gym, lap pool, sauna, cold plunge, billiards room and a resident’s lounge with a kitchenette.
