Since the 1980's, The Brodsky Organization has developed and marketed more than 1,400 condominium and cooperative apartments. New construction was designed to complement surrounding neighborhoods, while building restorations carefully maintained the architectural integrity of the original structures.

As a testament to the company's design and management skills, virtually all of the condominiums were completed ahead of schedule, and many were sold before construction was completed.

In-Development

The Flatiron Building is an iconic 22 story skyscraper in Manhattan, New York City, designed by pioneering architect Daniel Burnham in the Beaux-Arts style. The Flatiron’s unique triangular shape and innovative steel frame construction has made it a marvel of wonder since it was completed in 1902. The Flatiron is a beloved landmark for New York City residents and visitors, and The Brodsky Organization has led a painstaking restoration and renovation of the Flatiron into 38 bespoke condominium residences designed by Studio Sofield. Each residence takes advantage of the Flatiron Building’s triangular shape and oversized windows, inspired by the original design and features of the building itself. These large scale residences feature grand room dimensions, generous amenities and services, and all are detailed with decidedly sophisticated finishes including custom Poliform kitchens and closets, Waterworks bathroom fixtures and Gaggenau appliances.
