The building occupies a prime location near Barclays Center, with Downtown Brooklyn to the northwest and the historic, tree-lined brownstones of Prospect Heights to the southeast.
Named for the road that once traversed the property in the mid-1800s, Plank Road blends modern design with a rich sense of local history.
An optional amenity fee of $60 per person, per month applies.
