45 West 67th Street, New York, NY, 10023
Built in 1983, designed by architects Schuman, Lichtenstein, Claman, and Efron, with interiors by Robert Cane Architects, this red brick structure with limestone base was built as a 33-story building containing 175 units; although some of the apartments have since been combined to create larger homes. The layouts range from studio to three bedroom homes with several duplexes. The tower has several penthouse apartments with terraces and solariums. Located on the legendary West 67th Street historic Park block, it is adjacent to Lincoln Center, Central Park and upscale boutiques, cafes and restaurants.

The Neighborhood
View ListingsThe Upper West Side is nestled between Riverside and Central Park and considered one of the greenest parts of Manhattan. The neighborhood is known for popular attractions like the Natural History Museum and the Hayden Planetarium, but relaxed bistros and a lively bar scene also define this cozy uptown neighborhood. Like its east-side counterpart, the UWS is an affluent, mostly residential area known as one of Manhattan's cultural and intellectual hubs.
