Institutional Collaborations
The Brodsky Organization has built a particularly strong reputation among institutional property owners with affiliations to non-profit, religious, and educational initiatives. Brodsky has constructed schools and hospitals, as well as helped monetize unused land owned by churches, cathedrals, and seminaries. Such projects included Enclave at the Cathedral [The Cathedral School of St. John the Divine], The High Line Hotel, The Chelsea Enclave condominiums [at the General Theological Seminary], and Hunter College’s School of Social Work, among others. Shared, mutually-beneficial experiences from one prior partnership to another has positioned The Brodsky Organization among the City’s few go-to developers in this unique space.
