The Flatiron Building—one of New York’s most iconic structures, originally built in 1902—is currently being transformed into a luxury residential complex. This project is garnering significant attention as a rare opportunity to live within a building of enduring architectural significance.

To restore the grandeur of this unique triangular structure—distinguished by its striking façade and celebrated as one of the world's very first skyscrapers—a specialized team dedicated to exterior preservation has spent several years carrying out meticulous restoration work in close collaboration with the city's Landmarks Preservation Commission.

The undertaking involved painstaking craftsmanship, including the replacement of every window, the reinstallation of thousands of decorative elements using intricate reproductions, and the complete restoration of the main entrance’s revolving doors to revive their original design. The interior design was curated by Studio Sofield.

Each unit, spanning approximately 355 square meters, features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a living and dining area, a state-of-the-art kitchen, a private elevator, and two dressing rooms. As of February of this year, the price was $16 million.
